The founder
Built by someone who's fixed a lot of broken sites
I'm Allan — a full-stack engineer and technical consultant running Launchpad Web Solutions solo. Before this, I spent years fixing other agencies' messes: sites that launched fast and quietly rotted, automations that ran on prayers and copy-paste, and codebases nobody dared touch.
At some point I stopped complaining about it and started charging to fix it. The Unix philosophy is my north star: do one thing well, keep it composable, leave zero bloat. That mindset applies whether I'm writing a 30-line shell script or architecting a multi-tenant Next.js platform.

“If I have to do it twice manually, I script it. If the site doesn't perform, I fix it. No meetings, no fluff — just shipped code.”
My work sits at the intersection of hacker-chic engineering and enterprise-grade delivery. That means keyboard-first workflows, local-first tooling, and zero tolerance for bloated dependencies. It also means I can sit across a table from a VP of Engineering and speak their language.
If your site is broken, slow, or embarrassing — I fix it. If your business runs on manual steps that should be automated — I script them. If you want someone in your corner who ships fast and explains nothing in jargon — book a call.
